Manyweathers Chiropractic Clinic collect personal and sensitive data as an essential part of the patient care process. We are required to collect and evaluate this data as part of our statutory duties under the Chiropractors Act 1994 and by our regulator, the General Chiropractic Council. We are required to maintain patient records for a minimum of 7 years following the last occasion on which treatment was given. In the case of treatment to minors, record cards are kept for at least 7 years after they reach the age of majority (18). Your data will not be shared with anyone externally to the clinic without your express permission. Within the clinic only clinicians have legitimate access to your data to fulfil their roles within the clinic and will use email, telephone and telehealth(video) contact details to communicate with you accordingly.

All data is kept following strict guidelines set out by ICO.
